Canon history
Backstory
Origin
Bianca carries both an Altered Gene Complex classification and the Whitlock family's witchcraft lineage. Her abilities manifested as emotional contagion: joy, rage, courage, grief, and despair spread through nearby people until their bodies treat amplified feeling as truth.

UMED Field Profile
Verified field telemetry
UMED-DOM-A,W-4-0079
Seven marks the highest currently measurable operational expression. Verified values come from Judd Metrology field measurements; provisional values are UMED estimates derived from documented abilities and encounters. Ratings describe capability, not moral alignment. Empty channels mean no defensible estimate has been published, never a zero rating.
Powers
01Emotional Infection
Bianca's dominant emotional state spreads as a psychic frequency, but each person experiences it through feelings already inside them. Existing fear may become paralysis, guilt may become physical weakness, and confidence may become suicidal certainty.
02Affective Distortion Field
Inside a focused area, Dysmoria can corrupt what an emotion means. Love may register as threat, fear as loyalty, hope as shame, or grief as physical gravity. She does not command a target's thoughts; she breaks the body's interpretation of its own feelings.
03Manic Surge
A euphoric broadcast heightens confidence, speed, and willingness to act while reducing caution and pain awareness. It can make trained opponents abandon cover, overextend muscles, or attempt impossible moves because failure no longer feels real.
04Depressive Spiral
Bianca can fill a space with emotional weight that drains motivation, speech, and movement. Victims may lower weapons, collapse, or become unable to imagine any action having meaning.
05Discordant Scream
A concentrated affective shockwave forces incompatible emotions through the nervous system at once. Victims may convulse, laugh while crying, lose balance, or suffer temporary memory disruption. The attack also injures Bianca through feedback.
06Viral Echoes
Severe outbreaks leave emotional residue in a location after Bianca leaves. People entering later may experience unexplained panic, grief, anger, confession impulses, or reckless joy until the site is stabilized.
07Emotional Counter-Control
Her chaotic affective output interferes with psychic powers built around suppression, obedience, or imposed calm. This makes her uniquely disruptive to Volition, though it does not make her immune to him.
08Chaotic evasion
Bianca fights through sudden changes of rhythm, small size, misdirection, improvised weapons, and emotional distraction. She is not a formal martial artist; her movement is survival turned into unpredictable choreography.
Equipment
01Undercroft survival tools
Lock picks, burner devices, stolen access cards, folding blades, chemical lights, and whatever else Bianca needs to move through abandoned transit systems and corporate ruins.
02Occult implements
Small ritual objects connected to the Whitlock line and Bianca's witchcraft classification. They help her mark, read, or disrupt emotionally saturated spaces rather than serving as conventional spell weapons.
03Modified Power Exchange tech
Stolen sensory hardware rebuilt into audio and light triggers that increase confusion during an escape or expose a target to emotional pressure from multiple directions.
04Patched field jacket
A deliberately chaotic jacket assembled from street clothing, vandalized corporate gear, and concealed utility pockets. It is personal armor against anyone who expects her to look controlled.

Weaknesses
01Uncontrolled feedback
Bianca can shape an outbreak but cannot always guarantee clean effects. When overwhelmed, her field may infect allies, civilians, and Bianca herself with the same emotional distortion.
02Emotional exhaustion
Heavy use can leave her numb, dissociated, nauseated, trembling, or unable to identify her own feelings. Bianca fears that emptiness because it resembles the stillness her father tried to impose.
03Low-emotion environments
Her power is strongest where feeling is already pressurized. Genuinely calm people and emotionally balanced spaces give her less material to amplify than arenas, protests, funerals, or family confrontations.
04Volition's sustained control
Bianca can disrupt her father's psychic commands, but a focused Volitional Imposition can still force paralysis or emotional stasis when she is depleted.
05Self-sabotage
Bianca often chooses emotional truth over tactical advantage. She may ruin an escape to confront a betrayal, spare someone who shows honest grief, or destroy a relationship before it can become another abandonment.
