UMED cannot verify whether Pharmakon is Richard restored through experimentation, a Hollow carrying Richard's memories, or an identity constructed to control Roman Ross.

Backstory

Richard Ross was Roman's twin, closest childhood confidant, and emotional anchor. His death at eight became one of the losses that taught Roman to treat control as the only defense against chaos.
Years later, a Dominion experimental record attached Richard's name to Pharmakon. No surviving document explains the body, the apparent age gap, or whether the subject possesses memories that only the Ross twins should share.
Roman publicly treats Pharmakon as family and privately controls access to every test that could settle the identity. Huntsman suspects the ambiguity is deliberate: Richard may have been reconstructed, copied, or used as the template for a Hollow designed to keep the Toxin King emotionally compromised.
Until the origin is verified, the dossier preserves both facts. Richard Ross died as a child. Pharmakon now claims to be Richard Ross. The contradiction is the story.

Ross family records consistently document Richard's childhood death. The later Pharmakon designation appears under Experiment and Hollow classifications without a public procedure, sponsor, or authenticated chain of identity.
