Biography

Huntsman is a precision predator dismantling the Ross and Volkov networks. He is neither alteredhuman nor redemption seeker; his body is a human survivor permanently fused to technology designed as torture.

Canon history

Backstory

Roman raised Webster as a future heir, teaching chemistry, intimidation, combat, and obedience through pain. Webster learned to read a room before entering it and to treat affection as leverage because every lesson from his father carried both.
Viktor Volkov abducted him as a message to Roman. The Crucifixion Frame was fused to Webster's back as a public instrument of torture: dead metal, external limbs, neural hooks, and pain circuits designed to make survival humiliating.
Alexei Volkov chose Webster over his own family and helped him escape. B. Neal then performed a desperate reconstruction, cutting out kill switches and wiring the frame directly to Webster's intent. Four adaptive limbs gained microhydraulics, carbon blades, venom injectors, web-silk cartridges, and wall-gripping surfaces.
Webster named himself Huntsman after the spider that stalks instead of waiting in a web. He operates through abandoned tunnels and service routes, targeting syndicates, Volkov assets, and the Ross infrastructure one precise node at a time.
His campaign is not a clean rejection of Roman. Webster uses the same chemistry, fear, and calculation while insisting that surgical destruction is different from empire. The question hanging over every mission is whether erasing his father's legacy requires becoming its most refined product.

Origin

Viktor Volkov abducted Webster to humiliate Roman Ross and surgically fused the Crucifixion Frame to his spine without anesthesia. Alexei Volkov helped him escape, and B. Neal removed the kill switches and rebuilt the frame into four adaptive combat limbs.
