Backstory

Jakar inherited a clan already shaped around hunger. He turned the curse from private suffering into a culture of discipline, ritual, and collective survival.
Every hunt under his command is designed to feed the clan without exposing it to extermination. He is ruthless because a failed hunt means more than defeat; it means the slow physical death of everyone depending on him.
Blood-Hound's weakness offended Jakar's belief in uniform strength. Exiling Kexar protected the clan's image while creating the hunter most capable of challenging it, a mistake the patriarch refuses to name.

Origin

Jakar descends from the Voraxa transformed by Minka Myst's Butterfly Curse and has carried the clan through centuries of concealment near Skyhaven.
