Biography

Known in sealed reports as the Harbinger of Pandemonium, Tiffany targets the GEB and anyone who tries to define her freedom for her. Her older brother Tyler believes she can still be reached; Tiffany believes his rescue mission is another cage.

Backstory

Tiffany grew up watching Tyler absorb the worst of their father's violence. When the family disintegrated, she trusted that her brother would keep them together. The GEB designed its intake around breaking that belief, isolating her until attachment itself felt like a vulnerability.
Inside the Cognitive Chamber, handlers used false memories, simulated betrayals, and impossible moral tests to teach Tiffany that mercy was only delayed control. Her AGC answered the pressure with escalating telepathy and psychokinesis. Later procedures gave those abilities a darker physical expression through gravity and dense energy fields.
The Bureau called her its most successful experiment because she could collapse a room before a strike team crossed it. Tiffany understood the compliment for what it was: proof that GEB valued the weapon and had no intention of returning the person.
She escaped the institution but rejected Tyler's attempt to bring her home. Tiffany now destroys black sites, personnel, and supply chains with little distinction between captor and collaborator. Every confrontation with Cartridge asks the same question: whether family is the last surviving part of Tiffany Wilder, or only another story the Chamber taught her to distrust.

Origin

After the Wilder children entered foster care, the GEB separated Tiffany from Tyler and subjected her to deeper Cognitive Chamber conditioning. The program amplified her latent AGC into telepathy, psychokinesis, dark-matter control, and localized gravitational manipulation.
