Character Summary
Dr. Julian Sable is the founder of the Genetic Enhancement Bureau and architect of Neurolace control, a human scientist trying to replace free will with a system he owns.
Biography
NΞX is a disgraced neuroscientist, self-modified neural engineer, and institutional strategist. He does not need an innate superpower when laboratories, implants, drones, black sites, and compromised decision-makers can act as extensions of his mind.
Canon history
Backstory
Origin
Julian's celebrated neural-interface research at Veridian University was exposed for using unwilling human subjects. After losing his lab and credentials, he rebuilt the interface as Neurolace, founded the GEB around covert NeuroGenetics programs, and adopted Neuroxus as the identity of a self-appointed next stage of human evolution.

UMED Field Profile
Provisional field telemetry
UMED-SKY-P,T-3-0012
Seven marks the highest currently measurable operational expression. Verified values come from Judd Metrology field measurements; provisional values are UMED estimates derived from documented abilities and encounters. Ratings describe capability, not moral alignment. Empty channels mean no defensible estimate has been published, never a zero rating.
Powers
01Neurolace control
Implanted or compromised targets can have thoughts, emotions, perceptions, and motor choices altered through Julian's neural-control network.
02Neural warfare
NΞX builds personalized illusions, memory traps, behavior loops, and fear responses from harvested psychological data.
03Post-human cognition
Self-modification and neural augmentation improve his processing, recall, and interface speed without making his body conventionally superhuman.
04Institutional command
The GEB, its laboratories, staff, drones, subjects, and data networks multiply Julian's reach beyond any direct encounter.
Equipment
01Neurolace network
Implants, relay systems, and a Cerebral Manipulation Device that let Julian adjust compromised minds in real time.
02Cognitive Chambers
Immersive conditioning systems that compress training, trauma, and behavioral rewriting into accelerated subjective experience.
03Advanced drones
Surveillance and response units equipped with neural disruptors, remote sensors, and secure links to GEB systems.

Weaknesses
01Human body
His enhanced cognition does not make Julian physically durable. He depends on distance, drones, security, and controlled environments.
02Infrastructure dependence
Signal isolation, analog systems, sabotage, or the destruction of relay nodes can break his reach over implanted subjects.
03Compulsion to control
Autonomous behavior is not merely inconvenient to Julian; it is an ideological threat that can provoke reckless escalation.
04Justin Sable
His son's refusal to become an heir is the personal contradiction Julian has never solved.
